Aggregates posted Charge / Payout / Ledger settlement facts: revenue (charge), payout, allocated costs, margin, and counts. Distinct from routing-performance. Auction bids are never billing truth. Monetary aggregates are role-gated (SUPER_ADMIN / ORG_ADMIN only). Tenant-scoped. Defaults to last 30 days.
