Get pre-routing trust performance analytics
Aggregates CallTrustDecision allow/block/override counts and mandatory rule failure breakdown from ruleResultsJson. Distinct from qualification-performance, finance-performance, and post-call fraud. Auction bids are never pre-routing trust truth. Override aggregates visible to SUPER_ADMIN / ORG_ADMIN only. Tenant-scoped. Defaults to last 30 days on evaluatedAt.
